About Alicia
Welcome, seeker. I’m Alicia—the Sourceress behind the Sacred Arts.
From biology labs to moonlit rituals, my life has always been about weaving science and spirit. My years in biotechnology and clinical research taught me rigor, precision, and respect for the scientific method and the mysteries of the human body. At the same time, nearly four decades of walking a pagan and witchcraft path have shown me the sacred threads that run through everyday life.
I’ve pursued trainings that bridge these worlds of evidence and intuition. In women’s circles I have co-led and facilitated, I hold space for shadow work, the breaking of old patterns, and the deepening of inner wisdom—what I call emotional alchemy. I trained formally through Duke Integrative Medicine’s Integrative Health Coach Professional Training program, where I studied holistic health frameworks, behavior-change models, and integrative coaching. I also trained in energy medicine, becoming a Reiki Master in the Usui and Holy Fire traditions and earning certifications in Healing Touch and BioEnergy Healing. Together, these practices allow me to support transformation on every level—physical, emotional, and spiritual—offering a grounded yet luminous approach to healing and wholeness.
Sourceress Sacred Arts was born from this synthesis: science and spirit, analysis and intuition, practicality and mystery. Through ritual kits, sacred crafting, and circles of community, my mission is to help people return to their Source, discover the magic woven through their lives, and live with meaning, wonder, and joy.
